The Therapy Rooms
Our Rooms
At the Therapy Rooms, we want you to feel comfortable so have created a relaxed and welcoming space for you to meet with your therapist. Our therapists are trained in a range of approaches and can help treat many different emotional and mental health difficulties across all ages. We aim to help you work towards your goals for therapy and give you strategies for change. We use well researched and evaluated therapies so we use this knowledge, combined with getting to know you and your personality, to decide on the most likely therapy to help you.
About Us
Zoe, Donna, Thane, Cassie and Tim are all therapists trained and registered with the relevant professional bodies, such as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. We have all been working in private practice for a number of years and also have experience in public mental health teams.
Therapy Services

Individual Therapy
Our therapists are experienced in treating a range of emotional difficulties and behaviour patterns using well researched and evaluated therapies.
We work with you to set your goals for therapy and regularly review whether we are achieving these and helping you in the right way.
2.
Children & Families
Donna, Cassie, Alex and Tim enjoy working with teenagers (14+) and their families/carers to help improve children's emotional well-being , behaviour and family relationships. They combine scientific evidence, clinical expertise and the unique characteristics of the young person to bring about change.
3.
Groups
Groups are a great way for people to come together and learn strategies for change through structured group therapy. Medicare allows 10 additional rebates for group sessions in addition to your individual therapy.
